What the refuge is like

Address

Our address is confidential and you must not disclose it to anyone.

Visits

Visits are not allowed at the refuge for safety reasons.

Women and children

Our residents come from many different countries and speak different languages.

Everyday life

You are responsible for managing your own household and looking after your children during your stay in the refuge.

Shared spaces

You’ll share a kitchen, living room, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bathroom with other residents.

Children’s area

At set times of day, experienced childcare professionals organise a range of activities for children in the play area.

Accessibility

Our refuge can accommodate women with physical impairments or impaired hearing or vision.
